Our Mission
We are revitalizing neighborhoods by creating a warm and welcoming home for low and middle income individuals and families.
We want our families to live in a community that loves and supports them where they are.
With community gardens, cooking classes, financial education, tutoring, community meals and wellness classes, we hope to form a social living experience that families will love to call home

Impact4 is focused on creating a warm and welcoming community you can call home. If you are in the market for a new community to make a life in, we hope you reach out.
Housing
We have many apartments and homes available from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
A value we hold true is that everyone deserves a house to call home. Everyone deserves a clean and working living space. Low income does not have to mean poor quality.
Community garden
We have planter boxes available for each tenant to use throughout the growing season. We are hoping to share and enjoy vegetables from the garden during our monthly community meals.
Financial education
We offer free financial education for our community members. If you have questions or would like some help working through a financial decision, we would love to take time and talk through it with you.
Service Projects
Raising awareness of other community agencies is a priority for success. As a community we must support those most in need. At any given time we encourage the community to help us raise money, supplies, or donate time to a local organization supporting other people.
About us
Autumn and JD are adventurers at heart. Life is too short not to enjoy the entire journey. We love to spend time outdoors, meeting new people, trying new things and anything related to some good food and a warm cup of coffee.
If our mission calls us to the mountains, we won’t complain!
Autumn has a master’s degree in social work and has the unwavering understanding to love and appreciate everyone at their current state. JD has a passion for education and works as a Wealth Advisor in Madison for a small boutique investment firm. He gets to educate individuals, families, foundations and non-profits on strategies to preserve their wealth and use it for good.
